Clifford Restoration and the Barrymore Building Address: 109 Atlantic Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada An existing building that was an old factory located in the Liberty Village in Toronto was in need of a complete renovation. The new owners were planning to rent out the building to local businesses and were in need of contractors that could meet their specific requirements. Nutemp was required to create an affordable plan to provide complete mechanical systems for the building with the appropriate ventilation to allow unique temperatures throughout the building for each tenant’s preference. Along with the HVAC, Nutemp also installed the plumbing for the facilities in the building. By completing the job on time and on budget, the Barrymore building is no longer an old factory but an impressive establishment for any business. |

Wal-Mart Canada Locations: Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Peterborough The giant Wal-Mart made plans to open new stores and needed a company that could do the job right the first time. Nutemp was given the opportunity to work with the megastore and would not disappoint. Nutemp provided services for the entire duration of the project involved with HVAC and plumbing. |

GO Transit Locations: Willowbrook, Oakville, Cooksville, Aldershot, Union Station, Mount Pleasant The Government of Ontario needed to upgrade its transit stations for the thousands of commuters it brings to and from their destinations every day. Nutemp has provided mechanical system improvements such as new platform snow melting systems. |

Motel 6 Address: 4345 North Service Rd, Burlington, Ontario, Canada In a motel, every room needing its own A/C unit and bathroom and Accor North America (the parent company of Motel 6) needed a contracting company that would be able do the job right. Nutemp took the job and completed another project on time and on budget. Nutemp has also completed other hospitality geared projects in southern Ontario. |
