PREFABRICATION

At Nutemp we have an in-house pipe fabrication shop as part of our operations. This allows us to manufacture customized and high-quality piping systems for any type of job, whether it is a new installation, a retrofit or a service requirement update on your system. With options ranging from black plastic, copper, acid or glass, Nutemp will ensure each project is specifically designed and expertly fabricated to meet your building’s needs.

Our plumbing division is deeply experienced and accustomed to problem-solving on the most challenging jobs. From health-care applications with unique sets of constraints and demands, to large-scale projects that require the experience of a seasoned team to make sure the job gets done right the first time—the Nutemp team is there for you.

As experts in our field, we reliably navigate the system choices required for any type of project and are highly experienced at applying all codes and standards in any situation. SHEET METAL
FABRICATION

Nutemp’s sheet metal design and fabrication is performed in our in-house facility by a continuously trained, expert team. Our specialties include the production and fabrication of rectangular, round and flat oval duct systems for commercial and industrial applications. Every year, we roll out hundreds of thousands of pounds of sheet metal from our state-of-the-art facility, in accordance with Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) standards.

As one of Nutemp’s core trades when we were founded in 1983, our expertise has come a long way in installing sheet metal systems for a wide range of projects. Our team has worked on building types ranging from the healthcare industry to pharmaceutical laboratories, data centers and more.

With industry-leading knowledge of tooling and installation, our team is equipped to not only handle traditional rectangular and spiral systems but also specialty installations of a variety of pressure classes and materials including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized and fiberglass reinforced plastics.

HVAC/R

We pride ourselves on our beginnings—HVAC/Refrigeration is where it all began for Nutemp. Today our experienced team installs and maintains a wide range of commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC/Refrigeration systems. As part of our commitment to safety and quality every Nutemp project is delivered to meet all standard building codes and T.S.S.A. requirements.
